Homegrown food, quite simply, tastes better. Sourcing fresh ingredients domestically is core to our beliefs. By far and away, the vast majority of our ingredients come from right here in America. Our green beans, potatoes, farm raised catfish, sweet potatoes, turnip greens, and all of our beef, pork, and poultry are domestically grown or raised.

“Homemade” may not be an ingredient, but it’s something you can taste. That’s why we hand roll our biscuits and make our mashed potatoes and gravy from scratch all day long in each of our restaurants. It’s why we slow roast our beef for 18 hours, dip and bread our Homestyle Chicken by hand, and stay true to our heritage of authentic country style cooking after all these years.
